Two meeting rooms for hire
The Darwin Sailing Club has two meeting rooms that can be hired. The Committee Room is set in boardroom style, the Training Room can be set up based on your meeting requirements. Nowhere in Darwin can match our break out space. Darwin Sailing Club meeting rooms have a defined maximum capacity. While there is some flexibility depending on configuration, these numbers cannot be exceeded.
The Committee Room:
Our boardroom style meeting room that accommodates up to 15 people.
Training Room:
A configurable space that's perfect for training sessions and workshops. Our configurations and capacity are:
- Classroom Style: 27 people
- Theatre Style: 40 people
- U-Shape: 25 people

Venue hire and bookings
Our Events Officer will provide a tailored quote to suit your requirements.
Larger functions may incur a function hire fee. To secure your function at the Darwin Sailing Club, a signed event contract and a deposit may be required.
